The upper side of our wedges has teeth that firmly fix the wedge to the clip, while the slope allows our system to be used on the tiles of different thickness. DAS System Leveling pliers are used to assist in fitting the wedge into the clip. It is necessary to use pliers in order to achieve the correct amount of pressure required to level the tiles. This is the most reliable method of fitting the wedge to ensure a lippage free tile surface as fitting by hand will not achieve the correct amount of pressure. The pliers are ergonomically designed to minimise the force required to use the leveling system. Pliers can be adjusted depending on the thickness of the tile to ensure easy and efficient fitting of the wedge to the clip.
